Important: Shirt size changes must be made before the event, while inventory is still available. Once inventory is depleted or orders are finalized, changes may no longer be possible.
Yes. Participants may transfer their registration to another individual for a $15 bib exchange fee.

Important: The new registrant will receive an email from RunSignUp with instructions to complete their registration. The transfer is not complete until they finish this step.
The original registrant is responsible for paying the $15 transfer fee. The new participant will complete their registration for $0. There are no refunds. Any exchange of money between the original and new registrant is entirely up to those parties.
This race does not offer refunds or deferrals. If you are registered for the event, you agreed to the no refund and no deferral policy prior to submitting your online registration. This includes those who experience illness, injury or any other condition that may prevent them from participating in the event.
Unfortunately, refunds and deferrals are not available, including in cases of illness, injury, scheduling conflicts, or ANY OTHER circumstance that prevents participation.
Triathlons are expensive and complex events to organize, involving local permits, police, support and coordination. Doing this type of event is very difficult and we are permitted for one date only.
How do I sign up for event insurance? Add-on coverage is offered during the checkout process when signing up for this event. You will be given the option to add or decline coverage with one click. Note: If you decide to decline coverage, you will not be able to go back and add it after registering.

This race offers male, female, and non-binary gender divisions. Participants should register and compete in the division that best aligns with their gender identity or personal expression. No documentation is required to select or compete in your chosen gender division.
A race packet includes your official race number and any additional items provided. This race number is essential for race staff and safety personnel to identify and track you throughout the event, so it must be visible at all times.
You will receive:
-Body marking with your race number.
-A bib with a number to wear on the front of your body during the run.
-A helmet sticker for the front of your bike helmet.
-A bike number to place on the center or seat post of your bike.
**Please note that only you are permitted to pick up your race packet.
Only participants are allowed inside transition at any time. You are only allowed to check in your helmet and shoes when you check in your bike on Saturday. Bring your bag and any food and/or liquids on race morning to set at your transition. Racking your bike is encouraged on Saturday, as this will save you time come race morning, however bike racking will be allowed Sunday morning.
For the safety and fairness of all participants, access to the transition area will remain closed after you finish your race. Participants will not be allowed to re-enter transition to retrieve their bikes or gear until the final cyclist has exited T2 and begun the run portion of the race.
After finishing your event, please listen for announcements regarding when transition will reopen.
If we are able to reopen the transition area earlier, we will allow limited access—two participants at a time—to collect their belongings under staff supervision.
This policy is in place to ensure a smooth and respectful race experience for everyone still on the course.
Please Note: Moving barricades or entering the transition area without approval from official race staff is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification from the event.

Eligibility: Must be an active high school student.
Participation Options: Students can choose to compete in the High School Competitive Category but are NOT required to. Only those in the competitive category are eligible for special awards.
Awards: A 1st Place Overall Award will be presented to the top male and female athlete in the High School Competitive Category. Participants in this category are also eligible for the standard Age Group awards.
Registration Requirement: To qualify for the High School Competitive overall awards, participants must select this category during registration.
Per USAT Guidelines, Clydesdale men should weigh 220 pounds and Athena women 165 pounds. We will not be weighing you.
We recommend that new triathletes start in the novice wave. There will be a longer time gap between this wave and the age group waves.
All relay team members need to be body marked.
The biker and the runner need to wear the team bib-you will each get one.
The timing chip is passed to each member of the team at the bike rack.
You will be allowed back into the transition area once the relay swim wave has started.
At least 90 minutes before the race starts. The key is you need to be at the event venue to allow yourself time to park, set-up transition and be ready by the first wave start for the event.
Race Day Events will hold event awards for 30 days after the event is complete.

The use of personal music devices is not allowed at this race per USAT rules/regaultions.
The Sprint distance events will have 3 hours and the Olympic distance events will have 5 hours for participants to cross the finish line.
